MWB Art was first initiated in Artesia Lodge No. 28 on March 22, 1973, Passed to the Degree of Fellow Craft on April 25, 1973 and Raised to the Sublime Degree of Master Mason on June 12, 1973. He was a member of both Hobbs Lodge No. 63 and Clovis Lodge No. 40. Art and his wife Diane lived in Clovis but he was very well known throughout the state. He had been fighting a long bout with cancer and he laid down his earthly working tools at 9:30 on May 16, 2024. He will long be remembered as a very generous, compassionate, and giving man… a Mason!
