Dona Ana Daylight Lodge is hosting Executive Training for Volunteer Organizations that has been taught nationwide (and internationally online) for over 10 years! The York Rite Leadership Program started in 2009 and provides fundamental tools for creating an inclusive and positive environment for growth within your Masonic Family organization.
Three Courses Over Six Weekends
This in-person instructor-led training, walks participants through the application of skills in three bodies of knowledge:
- Application of Personal Effectiveness
- Application of Group Dynamics
- Application of Influential Communication
First Course: 102 Application of Personal Effectiveness
- Two four-hour learning segments, each with an opportunity for breaking bread with Masonic Family Members:
- Part 1 – April 20, 2024
- Part 2 – May 25, 2024
- $80 registration fee includes coffee/donuts breakfast and lunch for both sessions
- Register by March 20, 2024 for Early Bird Discount ($60 registration)
- First step in the program
- Courses MUST be taken in order, you must complete this course to progress through the program
Dinner Celebrations
Each event day will conclude with a separate and optional dinner celebration (additional $30/person).
